- Rosemary Tea : using 1 small to medium sprig of Rosemary, Boil water and remove from heat, place the rosemary in the water cover and steep 5-10 min.
- Lemon Eucalyptus Tea : as above, boil water, remove from heat, add a sprig of Eucalyptus and squeeze half a lemon into the water ( option to add lemon zest ) also could do orange here
- Cook with Oregano + Thyme
- Use Clove + Cinnamon in either of the Tea's, add cinnamon to Oats, or baking
