Bringing our immune health back in to our own hands just a little is an act of self love and of rebellion...

Some of the most powerful plants in supporting our Immune System and overall health are actually a lot more common than you may think... Here are the TOP TEN.

Lemon

Oregano

Tea Tree

Lavender

Orange

Eucalyptus

Frankincense

Thyme

Rosemary

Clove

Cinnamon

I bet you that at any given time you already have a lot of these amazing medicines in your home, either in real plant / food form OR in Essential Oil form.

Let's assume you DO NOT have these oils...

Some easy ways to work with these plants in a good way to support your wellness ...

  1. Rosemary Tea : using 1 small to medium sprig of Rosemary, Boil water and remove from heat, place the rosemary in the water cover and steep 5-10 min.
  2. Lemon Eucalyptus Tea : as above, boil water, remove from heat, add a sprig of Eucalyptus and squeeze half a lemon into the water ( option to add lemon zest ) also could do orange here
  3. Cook with Oregano + Thyme
  4. Use Clove + Cinnamon in either of the Tea's, add cinnamon to Oats, or baking
