Okay, it feels great to nourish the skin ANYTIME... but you know what I mean...
- BODY BUTTER
1 C SHEA BUTTER
1 C COCOA BUTTER
3 TBSP COCONUT OIL
2 TBSP VIT E OIL
50 DROPS OF YOUR FAVORITE OIL OR BLEND OF OILS TOTALLING 50
**My favorites are Citrus Bliss + Ginger //Sandalwood + Patchouli + Grapefruit //Whisper - Now a little info on Whisper - there once was a time when this blend came in a 5 ml bottle as opposed to the roller bottle it now comes in SO how you can do this is remove the roller top from your bottle and pour about half the container in there. This is mixed with fractionated coconut oil so you may want to omit just a little of coconut oil in the earlier steps of the recipe
HOW TO MAKE : ADD FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS TO A BLENDER AND MIX WELL....
SLOWLY ADD THE VITAMIN E OIL AND ESSENTIAL OILS AND BLEND .
STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER

40 DROPS ESSENTIAL OIL OF CHOICE
This is a glorious soothing sensual oil, so lets choose beautiful oils that you LOVE
My choices on this one are often Frankincense, Myrrh, Patchouli, Balance, Rose, Lavender, Sandalwood, Yarrow Pom, Geranium
I apply this on my chest, belly buttocks and thighs after a lovely warm bath...
