AROMATICALLY

Add a drop of essential oil to your palm, rub your hands together and inhale or add a few drops to a diffuser.

  • supports the immune system

A diffuser disperses an essential oil into the air sending room cleansing, mood enhancing and body supporting constituents into the room.

TOPICALLY

Apply 1-2 drops to the bottom of the feet or inner wrists or apply to the affected area.

When applying onto the skin a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, grapeseed oil, organ oil etc can be used to reduce sensitivity.  Citrus oils are photosensitive - avoid direct sunlight for 6 hours after application.

Children 1 drop to 1 teaspoon

Adults 3-6 drops to 1 teaspoon

INTERNALLY

Essential oils break down plastics - ensure to use glass containers when ingesting essential oils.  Oils with supplement facts are considered BEST to used internally , not that you can't use them other ways but internal is the most potent 🙂 in a good way of course
